About TrustedHands Senior Support Foundation
TrustedHands Senior Support Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to in-home support for seniors in our community .We focus on individuals who fall into a critical gap those who do not qualify for Medicaid but cannot comfortably afford private-pay care.
We work to remove barriers by connecting seniors to trusted, state-licensed care providers through partnerships, advocacy, and financial support initiatives.
Mission
To support low-income and underserved seniors by providing access to in-home care services that
promote independence, dignity, and safety.
Care Gap Sponsorship Program
Provides financial assistance to seniors who do not qualify for Medicaid but cannot afford full
private-pay home care. The foundation covers partial or full care hours.
Emergency Care Fund
Offers short-term in-home care support for seniors facing urgent situations such as hospital
discharge or caregiver absence.
Care Navigation & Benefits Assistance
Helps seniors and families navigate Medicaid, VA benefits, and long-term care insurance to access
available resources.
Adopt-a-Senior Initiative
Allows donors to sponsor individual seniors by contributing monthly toward their care needs.
Home Safety & Independence Support
Provides basic home modifications and support services to reduce fall risks and improve daily
living.
Volunteer Companion Program
Connects trained volunteers with seniors to provide companionship and reduce social isolation.
Transportation & Errands Assistance
Supports seniors with transportation to appointments, grocery shopping, and essential errands.
Funding Sources
Grants, individual donors, corporate sponsorships, healthcare partnerships, and community
fundraising events.
